Want to get the kids out fishing but I'm not sure what's open. Is Spring Lake open, or maybe Banner Marsh? Even a municipal lake would be OK (just not the Pekin Lagoon!)

We're all dying to get out, but I'd hate to spend the whole day driving from one closed lake to another.
