I like single pole fishing as much as anyone. But your obviously an uneducated crappie fisherman if you think spider rigging is just randomly dragging minnows in circles. Spider rigging is a tool that has its time and place and takes as much if not more knowledge as single pole fishing to be consistently successful.

Go put your money in a hat at a crappie masters down in Mississippi, you'll be right next to guys like Capps and Coleman and the like thinking your doing the same thing....except not catching jack while they are swinging fish in left and right. There is an unbelievable amount of small details and knowledge these guys have that makes them able to adapt to any situation and keep on catching.

Go down to Kentucky lake and watch the same guys fish...think it doesn't take any electronics or knowledge? Find a stump in 22fow on a main river channel bend with a few dots, set your rigs on it and know if you get a bite there it's a big fish, sounds like fishing blindfolded to me.....

Now you want to talk about Helen Keller fishing, let's talk about those gewbers pulling cranks all over shelbyville .... Fishing buddies
