    Any good places to stay near the lake. Also good place to get minnows.

    Kinkaid lake sportsman lodge. Nice place and 2 minute drive to the boat ramp

    Kinkaid lake marina cabins and campground. The cabins are just on driveway south of launch we stayed there they were nice with full kitchen, motel in Murphysboro was a dive stayed there once to. Franks bait shop is down the road about 10 minutes to the west check with the marina they have minnows sometimes.

    Agree with djcoop52 about the cabins. Outlets on outside of cabins for extension cords. Kitchen. Bathrooms on both ends.
    Drinkin coffee, missin fish.
