Wanting to give this lake a try this fall any body got any pointers on where to start. Is there any deadfalls, cribs, what kind of structure is the bottom ?

I and my fishing buddy are going to go down there on the 11th fish for two days and come home looks like Dennys liquor and bait carries minnows any recommendations on good place to stay and eat. Looks like there is daily fee which launch is best and is somebody there to collect the fee or is there a drop box?

There are some hotels close to 55 on the West side of town, but they
have cabin's at the campground if they have any available and are open. There is usually someone at the ramp in the office to give you a permit if they are not, there is a drop box.
