Rend stumps

I would say from the Rend Lake Resort to the dam at Waltonville

I'm a new boat fishing and not familiar with the north part of Rend. is it worth exploring or would it be best to just avoid the stumps all together?

very easy to get in trouble out there. I have only fished one little area on north end, and it gets very crowded
