Made it out yesterday and today on local strip mine. Water ranged from 41 to 47 two spots had ice on them. Yesterday I was scouting today I only picked up five bass small and saw some gills. No crappie yet. I got none last fall or through the ice either. I was using bobber and minnow and jig and minnow. I got one bass 14 ft down.
