Been wanting to make the 2 1/2 hour trip for a while. Ice is bad here now,Illinois river has once again gone ballistic.(usually fish it during winter) Mississippi back waters still hard but not safe. So were going to go to Clinton this Thursday.Been reading and studying posts maps ect. I think I may have some spots picked out that may produce.
