Went to Clinton today. Got on water at 930 fished to 4. Got eight keepers between two of us plus a few shorts and some gills which no white bass Last week when air temp was 7 ramp water was 40 degrees and bridge was 53 degrees. Today ramp was 48 degrees and bridge was 50 degrees. I think the wind blew cold water into warm water area. Recent rain stained the water what seemed like too much . Minnows and Bobber and jig and plastic under Bobber produced. Most fish came during 11am hour. Weather was nice. Did make a run towards dam jogged some brush with no bites water there was 44.
