Like that red haired "Fish Inspector" you got there! Nice catch
Don't know if I would've left the dock with lightening and thunder, though!
As long as you got back safe, that's all that matters & you got fish to boot!

Two of us got out at 10. Rain was supposed to stop at ten, but just started pouring at ten as we arrived at first spot with lightening and thunder if rained most of day. We got a double limit of 30 up to 12 inch a few shorts and some white bass early on. Crappie shut down by three and no fish from three to 415 it was too cold to retie i caught them on jig and tail under bobber partner used slider casting both worked good. With bobber technique slower was best basically stationary like fishing live bait. We were basically out of wind which helped not many people out either so the bad weather was good for something
I have had many catch and release trips lately. I thought it was a good day to keep some because I had a cleaning partner
