Rend 4/24 - 1st time in buck brush for me
Fished 8 hours. Kept 12. 6 overs and 6 unders. Probably missed 40. Had a 15"er on when he hit the surface flipped twice and came off. I don't think I was setting the hook hard enough. I Need more practice. Didn't realize how many minnows I would go through and I ran out! Asked the 1st boat near me if they had some minnows they were willing to part with. To my surprise it was Scott from crappie extreme. He set me up with enough to finish the day. If you ever need a guide on rend he sure knows how to catch them and is a pleasure to be in the boat with. I highly recommend.
