I have the frog togs the pants waist line can be pulled up quite high if need be so when sitting or standing you stay dry. I have fished all day in steady rain with a few heavy downpours and have never got wet.

I've got the Frogg Togg Pilot Guide jacket and bibs. I'm not having any issues staying dry. They are not insulated so they can be worn in the warmer months. If it's cold, I wear my duck hunting outer wear. I'm on my second year with the Toggs and I like them.
Yeah Arkcrappie I was wondering if the issues mentioned with frog toggs is on their lower end gear and that the pilot guide frog toggs are good. Our MS guide was wearing some which I assume were the pilot guide type as they looked high quality. Thanks!
Not a problem fishin_addict. I've got some Frogg Togg toad skin X as well that I wear for some lighter rain. They don't do as well in a constant down pour but they perform pretty well considering the price.
One thing I do is order bibs and not pants. Rain pants always get me soaked in the wrong places!
Dont go cheap, itll cost you in the long run
