Thread: Cooler full of crappies 3/13/16

rain kept me off the big lakes so I cheated and went to my secret Crappie pond for the annual fish fry harvest in the rain gear, Cleaned 60 between 10-14.5 inches big fish was 1.8 lbs Caught crappie on minnows and any jig of any color in 3-6 FOW. didn't have to move much all day they were hungry and all females had quarter size egg sacs. shouldn't be long on the big lakes if we can get some good weather and the water clears up a bit. Man do good ponds really spoil you!!!
