The Crappie are starting to move back in some of the major creek arms on south end. Look for the coolest water you can find in 6-8 fow and start side scanning the banks. If you don't have side scan and you know were you caught them in the past in the depth I mention above it's time to go check your old spots. Buy lots of good lively Minnows. (Spillway Bait Shop) Use slip corks and set the depth shallow at first and work your way down to top of the brush. If you don't get bit in 5-10 min. move to your next spot. Sorry I couldn't make it to fall camp this weekend, been busy as of late. I still have some openings in last two weeks of Nov. The Crappie bite will be on then for the biggins.
