    Sad part is it all came within a mile or so of water. There is a secluded rural road that parallels the river here.

    Our lake has an interstate over the middle of it, and a highway across the dam.
    Evidently the side of the road is a trash can.
    Drinkin coffee, missin fish.

    I hate to see that but the EPA has added so many restrictions and costs to legitimate dump sites that people are avoiding the cost of proper disposal. In rural areas they don't have recycling centers and aren't allowed to dump electronics, tires, etc. without paying ridiculous fees.

    On the other hand, some people are just lazy a**holes that don't care.

    Thats sad. Ive never seen that much at the river I fish, but theres always remains from the overnite catfisherman on the bank I like to fish. Forgot to bring a trash bag last time out, probably could have filled it with worm cans l food wrappers and beer bottles.

    Oh well, at least it wasnt IN the river.
