    Default Overcoming east wind challenges.

worked over some 'little water' today. Quite windy but patience paid off. Following yesterday's rain and cold front they were hunkered down, tight against the wood in that muddy water. They all came on vertical jigging. Fun day.

Did not do as well as you. Went to Glen shoals only had 6 keepers. Water temps back down in 50s had a hard time staying on top of the deep fish with the white caps rolling. Worst trip this year as far as numbers caught.

yeh the wind yesterday was brutal...went with a buddy & caught some real nice ones but had to work to hold the boat. Had to stay put today to get some work at home done before heading back to work tomorrow. Anyways, good to get out right?
