Chickenguy and myself ventured to rend yesterday morning and put together a pattern in the bushes pretty quick which was surprising. We went through a pound of minnows and when our buddie came later, we bought another pound and a half. We had one of the funnest days of crappie fishing weve both had in a long time, and definitely one of the most memorable ones. That bush bite is something else when you can find an area thats got fish, and BIGGUNS. We had around 60 fish over 10 inches for the day and 20-30 littler fish. We found a couple areas where we pulled big numbers of fish out of just one or 2 bushes, otherwise it was just here and there. We ended up having 16 fish over 12" on up to 15.75", all but 2 keepers were males, but im sure the females were real close by. Water was 61-64 where we were at. Super fun, yall got a great fishery. Heres a bunch of pics, and hopefully some vids...

We bought minnows at lake zone in the morning. Seemed like great guys, lots of great crappie gear, fish cleaning station and sold minners by the pound.
Went to Luke's in Sesser for a refill in the afternoon. Great guy basically a baitshop out of his barn, if you go here bring a big minnow bucket you get your moneys worth.

Those videos are sweet. Really makes a crappie fisherman ready for a crappie "fix"
Flipping awesome. I gotta try that.
