    Default Rend today.

A lot more of the lake is open but only a couple ramps. Fishing was OK today, had a decent mess with a couple real nice ones but threw them all back. Here is the only picture I we took.

Looks like Rend is 64 ft above normal pool. Hope everyone has a boat down there, they are gonna need it. Must have brought the snow from the north east and just dumped it in Rend...

Corps website had gauge at 64ft above normal pool. Just a funny malfunction...that appears to have corrected itself.

Ice was probably hitting the gauge and reporting false measurements. Happens all the time in the rivers I fish in Michigan.

Correction, I just looked at that chart. Probably not ice. That is flow data in CFS. An increase of 64 CFS is piddly. Not the same thing as 64 ft over normal pool.

Too much technical stuff. Just fish it! LolRend today.
If people concentrated on the really important things in life, there'd be a shortage of fishing poles.
