Had a really nice trip to the Big Sandy near Paris Landing. We stayed of course at the FishTale lodge there! Best place to stay. We fished on the ledges 22 to 24 ftw. Using the 1/4 oz deep ledge jig head to stay in contact with the brush at all times. Had some really nice ones. Couldnt complain about the weather becuase it was wonderful. No wind, water was flat!

I have stayed at the FishTale lodge a time or two. You are right, they are good people. Nice Sweatshirt, Nice Motor and Nice fish. Glad the weather was on your side, Congrats.

Looks like you had a good day. I was on the water there on Friday afternoon for a while and we kept 11 keepers and had a few short ones. We did not get out on the water until about 11:00 am. My neighbor went out at daybreak and caught 20 in about 2 1/2 hours.
I just moved here in May from the St. Louis metro east area and love it here.

That Milwaukee red coat u are wearing, is that one of those Milwaukee heated jackets. How do u like it, a club member has one says it heats but very spotty....
Very nice fish.sure was a calm looking day, seem like anytime I get near the water it develops two foot waves.............
