Well dang! Here ya go there fella! So forceful! (:
1 lb. of raw crappie fillets
2 tbsps. all-purpose flour
1/2 vidalia onion -- minced
1/4 cup chopped green onions
2 strips raw bacon - cut into 1 inch pieces
1 cup frozen sweet corn
2 carrots -- sliced
2 stalks celery -- sliced
2 large white potatoes - peeled and diced
1 tbsp butter (not margerine !)
1 bottle clam juice (or 1 cup fish stock)
several dashes Old bay seasoning (to taste)
white pepper (to taste)
sea salt (to taste)
2 cups water
1/2 cup of half-n-half
