Anyone having luck on just jigs at shelbyville

Tired of using minnows thought about just using a jig. Wondered if anyone has had any luck

Yes. Just only expect to catch 2-8 from every spot instead of 10-20+

I fished a lot of the spots that LSG fishes with his clients. I catch maybe 2-5 at a spot and Steve using minnows sometimes catches 15-20. I'm pretty stubborn and have a freezer full of fish, so I will stick to the jig. The cooler the water gets the better the jig bite will get.

We eat crappie and/or walleye at least once a week, year round, and I haven't bought a minnow since 1972

bowhunter--peuce and fuschia have been working really good, just hard to find. LOL

Might wanna try sky-blue-pink as well. Equally effective, but just as hard to find!

Well I had two limits by 930 this morning fishing south of findley. Id say it was 5-1 minnows over jigs for me and my partner today
