    Default Illinois Crappie Camp Cookers!

I would like to say Thanks! Thanks to Supergooser for helping with the cooking duties,Thanks to his friend Ken (Coot) for helping with the prep and delivery of the food to the masses. Thanks to Marv and Angie(Cropy42) and their friend Jake for helping with the breading and battering and the beer while Supergooser and I were cooking! It would not have been possible without your help! Thanks!!! Sure hope you found your scoop Steve!!

I sure wish I was able to stick to around. I hope next year my schedule won't be so full on camp weekend, it sounds like I missed out on a helluva good time

PM Supper gooser if your talking about the batter breading. Hes a pretty good cook, little on the ugly side but we all love him.

Andy's Red was used for the breaded fish. The batter dipped fish was a secret recipe Supergooser mixed up under Coots watchful eye. You will have to get the recipe from him. I can tell you this it had beer and hot sauce in it.
