Crappie Biting on Clinton Lake??

Has anyone heard anything about Clinton Lake recently? I'm thinking about going there this weekend. I have never fished Clinton lake. Any information would be appreciated.

I'm planning on going Saturday morning before the boat traffic gets too heavy. How's the bite? Just have the trolling motor so putting in at West Side ramp and probably sticking to coves on the west side of the lake.

Fished there today 7:30-11:30. Had 7 nice keepers. All came off shallow laydown logs 1" to 3" deep. Talked to 2 guys at Caseys after the wind blew us off and they had 11. Water temp was right at 65*. West side ramp is a bitch to load boat with a south wind.
