I had a friend go out Sat water was 41 & 51 same areas. They caught 5 @ 9" or a little over. 2 were right at 9" they put them back .
Clinton has been slow. Fished the bridges the other day and only managed 4 keepers but good ones, 11-12inchers.
FYI the plant has been down for a week I would imagine temps are impacted...
Do you know when the plant is going to turn back on.
What is the source of this? Is there a time frame for coming back online?Quote:

I went this afternoon with no luck. I managed to find some fish relating to structure but nothing wanted to bite. Only 3 trucks parked at the bridge and 4 boats at ramp. Water temps were 47 at Mascoutin. How does everyone know when the plant is operating or not???
