    have they been letting any water out below the dam???? back from costa rica and ready for some walleye and musky fishing

    http://mvs-wc.mvs.usace.army.mil/dresriv.html they are about done letting water out. They have lowered it over 5 ft

    I went by it yesterday morning and they had 2 gates open and then 3 hours later they had all 3 open.
