Clinton??
Clinton is about a 2 hr run from home and with the warm waters from plant might be a place worth going as soon as it warms up. I have never fished it before anybody do any good there? At least it should not be iced over.

I second calling ol joes. I have heard the plant has been on and off quite a bit this winter which I'm sure has had affect on fish patterns.
