Haven't heard anything about it. Only time I fished it in the spring we caught all of our fish in different areas of the bay straight out from the ramp by the dam

Well my one friend has down imaging and a chip of all the lakes around that tells you where the brush piles and so on are located. Hopefully we are successful!

When I was there they were up shallow and you could actually see them the water was so clean.

Here now. This morning wasn't bad but it's shut off right now. We launched around 7. Minnows and tube jigs. Probably have 10 or so in the livewell. 60 degree water.

Heath, that was still one of the most fun trips I've had there. I couldn't believe how clear the water was that day. We could see about every Crappie on every bed. We must have caught over 100 that day and kept around 30.

I think I'm heading up there either Tuesday or Thursday next week. Let me know how the day finishes out cpainter.

Here is one of the nicer ones we caught today. Caught a lot of smaller ones. All in all about 50+. The majority were caught jigging over a spot 12ft deep with weed beds at the bottom. Name: ImageUploadedByTapatalk1367780089.287533.jpg

Nice crappie. My friends and I have caught six limits of crappies so far this spring in between the rain drops and muddy water. Most of them have come from smaller lakes in Iowa.

Nice report from Lake Story. Seems like the lake still has a lot dinks. What was the hot jig and color.
