troubles with PMS

trying to send a private message to someone and I can type a title but the box where you type the message is not allowing me to click on it and type a body to the PM. Anybody else having this problem and any help would be appreciated thanks

Under settings, general settings, scroll down to Message Editor Interface: and make sure Enhanced Interface - Full WYSIWYG Editing is checked.

I didn't think that shild's post was inappropriate, so why was it deleted? It was a joke and if we can joke around alittle and have fun than whats the use. I thought this web site was for family, fishing and FUN and not about someone from another state coming and start deleting our post. How long will it take before this post is deleted. We do live in America and have the freedom of speech.
