    I was fishing around Lake Decatur yesterday and caught a couple black nose. These are the first black nose I've ever, caught anyone else caught any around Decatur?

    Not in Dtown but Lake Springfield have lot of them.

    Have heard of a few being caught before, first time I have heard of some catching more than 1 in a setting.

    I use to get lots of them at a lake up in ne missouri...Kind of a neat looking color phase. Always thought it would have been cool to get a big one for the wall.

    Decatur is not on the blacknose stocking list I don't believe?? Someone has been doing some Good Samaritan work.....

    I have caught several on Decatur. The biggest was 12 1/2 inches.

    Mike Mounce our Fisheries Biologist told me they did stock some in Lake Decatur.
