Thread: Fall Contest!

Guys after visiting with Slab and DKB we have permission to run a fall contest on here. We have been donating in the past to the fall tourneys for door prizes and drawings, etc. and with our rapid growth and popularity of our jigs and plastics we didn't want to excluded anyone that wasn't here to fish the fall tourneys on Shelbyville. Thus we came up with our own. It will be on your honor as we think everyone on here is honest. Here is how it will work:

1st prize will be 500 plastics of any style/color you want thus you could have 50 different packs of 10 if you want, plus there will also be a 100 jig bonus possible, so overall you could win over $150 retail value.

1. Crappie must be caught in IL, I know a lot of you guys go south but that wouldn't be fair to those who can't.
2. Must be caught on our plastics. Here is where the jig bonus above comes in, if the fish is caught with our jig/plastic combo you get the jig bonus also.
3. We will go by length not weight as everyone has a bump board but most don't have a scale.
4. We will require 2 pictures for entry (1 of a close up of jig in mouth and 1 of the bump board as close and clear as you can get of both) the pictures can either be posted here, emailed or in most cases as we assume a lot of them will be cell phone pics texted to me. They can also be posted on our Facebook page if you want and use it. Our phone number to text to can be found there also or PM us here and we will get you it although a lot of you already know it.
5: In the event of a tie we will draw the winner out of a hat or if the tied individuals wish to split the prize we will divide it evenly.
6. Contest will run from now till the end of the year

That's about it, we just wanted to do a fun little IL Forum Contest and come up with this. A lot of you already have our products in your boxes thus you already paid an entry fee so to speak, for those who haven't you can get in for as little as $2 or so.

Like I said we think everyone is honest enough here to run what we hope will be a fun contest and give all of our customers the chance at a great customer appreciation prize.

Feel free to comment on any suggestions you think would make it better, etc. as it is not set in stone yet.
