Wow, coalshaft is i zoo!!! 31 people were bank fishing it along with two boats when I put in about 1030 this morning! I piddled around there for about 30 minutes before picking up my buddy at the ramp at 11. We headed elsewhere and whacked em pretty darn good. We had some absoulte dandy fish, lots and lots of 11+ inch fish. We got our double limit pretty quickly and threw lots of fish over 10" back... fished 5-10fow for the most part and used 8th oz heads and a tube I like to call "The Birdman Special!" Its just a lime colored tube with red speckles in it. There is lots of variations of this tube but this one tent of chartreuse seems to work great! Great day on the water for sure!

Good job Tyler, I didn't make it out today but planning on going out tomorrow early. If I can't find a spot at coal shaft, I will try somewhere else.

Awesome job man, I was pulling my boat out when you picked up your bud at coal shaft. Didnt do well today. Several small ones but kept a couple 10+ size.

Pat- better get there early, its been nuts! haha. Today when we were leaving people were fishing on the 'ramp' I was like uhhh... can i put my trailer in here real fast!

Rohr- I knew that was you, I was tryin to see how you did! Your woman said you didnt do to well while you were gettin your truck...which is a really nice truck by the way! Coal shaft area is hit or miss right now!
