Lou Yeager Habitat Drop 5/1/11

I would like to thank all the volunteers who was able to make it out for the habitat drop today...I would list all the names..But, I am sure I would forgot some people..We got a lot of cover dropped today...I think we was able to get around 10 new spots today?....I am not certain on that...I will have to count them all up...


I may try have one more habitat drop in a few weeks?....It depends on how the fishing is...If it is lousy?...We may as well have another one...

Thanks for coordinating Jeremy. I know you put a lot of work into it and hopefully we'll all reap the rewards. We stayed and fished 3 hours or so but it was tough. Post frontal cold and muddy water makes for tough fishing. Probably managed 20-25 - but only 5 for the cooler.

ANd of course my GPS was all jacked up - so I didn't managed to store any points. grrrr

We will hook up sometime and I will show where all the spots are...I already started to stockpile for the next drop...Built two more dishpans today with wood slabs..Yeah, I am tired off all this rain..

Hi Peepaw,

What kind of details do you want?...I can tell you what we pretty much drop....We have been dropping dishpans shaped concrete condos with wood slabs, bamboo, and pvc...Also, we have been dropping bamboo concrete wire condos...It is all volunteer work...So, me and Jason pretty much pay for any supplies that we have to purchase...We work Jim the lake supervisor at Lou Yeager...If you need any other info?...Just ask...
