Thread: New Guy Here

Hello all! My name is Dan and I reside in Eldorado. I fish for Crappie year round and run a Ranger. Most of my fishing is done on the creeks off the Ohio river and small impoundments. I try and fish everyday if time allows. I have been a lurker for some time and decided to join as this seems to be a great site. I will try to share as much information as possible as I have a true passion for crappie fishing. Look forward to meeting fellow anglers on the water.

Good to hear from you! I haven't fished your area since I was kid and primarily hunt come 10/30. My fathers family is from Metropolis but I am from Champaign and now live outside Springfield.

welcome aboard dan, lot of good fishing on the river wished i lived closer. i seen you r other post said you fished in wayne county i caught my biggest crappie ever in wayne county in a cut-off 18 1/2 inches wish i would had some scales.
