crappieday, Have you tried to make any with jig head hooks so they hang in a horizontal position ? I have the best luck through the ice with horizontal jigs.By doing this they might glide out,rock back and forth or even fall real slow.You might even be able to get a much slower fall by flipping the blades over with the dish facing down. Just some thoughts here nothing wrong with the ones you already have there ;) .
I am 1 step ahead of ya:D I posted this awhile back but had 0 interest, but I was thinking along the same lines as you for a horizontal presentation.

Not able to do a lot of ice fishing due to shoulder problems but i've caught 25 fish in three trips out. 19 of them were caught with the green beadhead microspoon with the black bead. Even got a small walleye with it. Going to erie in the morning and i'm taking my digital camera this time.

Got the electric auger to drill my holes with.:D I'm way to old to drill holes by hand on 12" ice. Strikemaster Electra 12000 lazer, 8" hole. Can put the vex and line in the same hole with no problem.Quote:
