    Extra garlic and cayenne oh yeah I’m sold. I bet my girls would eat this since they like to dip with chips almost anything….lol

    Ketchn's suggestion on smoking the fish made me drag out the Green Egg. Brining, curing, & smoking Sacalait fillets will be fun. I think He's right a little smoke goes a long way. The Green Egg is not as aggressive as my big smoker so I should be able to keep the smoke lite.
