    That is the only part of chicken I like except livers. They sure look good.

    Something else I’m going to have to try. They look real good. What about foil over the top to keep the skin moist?

    The Skin was plenty moist, just chewy. Too tough to bite thru with a bite of chicken. Several of the videos I watched the skins were peeled back, the fat scraped off the underside with a knife, then a pat of butter placed on the flesh under the skin before it was folded back over.
