I have always fished under the lights, and yes spider rigging with a light on your rod tips is something I hadn't really thought of.

good idea and as crappie like shade and low light, makes sense. will try this next couple of weekends when at my lake place. thanks, always love the new ways of looking at things that you get off of this site!

especailly see doing tightlining along shore where there is easy access and know they come in for spawning and best way to stay safe. Just take the long pole and move jig back and forth. works during day and know it will at night and only have to go 30 feet where I can see well to be fishing plus no one else will be there.
