    Wow.....that has to be a "trip of a lifetime"......it looks like a perfect vacation spot, somewhere you should put on your "must do" list...the food looks absolutely awesome, the facilities "first class" and the host people very accommodating.....the food would be worth the trip by itself whether you caught fish or not.....

    Glad you had this opportunity Slab and thanks very much for sharing it with us.....excellent job on the pictures and narrative.....I felt like I was there....

    This country has so much to offer....

    Looks like a awesome place to visit. Been on my bucket list a long time and reading stories like this one makes me want to go even more. Great pics of the trip and looks like y'all had some awesome food while there

    It must be tough, going to a beautiful spot and then having great food, a ferry trip(haven't seen one in the states), meeting interesting people and to top it off catching fish. Kinda makes one realize how blessed this nation and it's people are.--shu

    What a fantastic trip with a great write up. It makes me want to go jump in my truck and head west. When I read an article like this it makes me wonder how many more hidden "Edens" there are we never hear of.

    The food and the view are absolutely awesome at Blue Bank Resort - if you go to Reelfoot Lake that's where I would stay
