Thanks for the info. I unfortunately fall into that missunderstood wrongly accused group called Rotund. Nice word for fat. At least that what my dr. sdays. Of course he is skinny as a rail. He told me to get down to 165. I laughed. I would be a broom stick with an eating disorder if I got that skinny. Maybe this air fryer may at least help a bit. Don't mind giving up the icecream and cake but no way will I give up french fries or fried crappie.
