Lake Lanier
Put in at War Hill this morning. Fished the Taylor Creek arm of the lake. Side scan was marking big schools of crappie under the docks. Surface temps were ranging in the upper 40s. It was windy making boat control difficult but the fish were biting. I caught and released 28 eaters in 2 hours on bgbs shooting docks. Most came on mayfly and black gum, also caught several on lights out and electric chicken. Most schools were in 30 to 35 fow. The tops of the schools began at about 20 fow and then went all the way to the bottom.
Take Care
