I use Anus Oil also. It comes from the anus of a certain kind of carp. It is a little pricey but it works. Good luck fishing.

Yep, Anise Oil is correct. 54 years ago me and Brother in Law went to a Bass seminar and they recommended Anise oil. We found it worked great. I still keep some but WD40 works as good as any sauce you can buy.

It’s a real good lubricant for when things (jigs) dry out. Makes them slick as eel in barrel of snot.......
