We fished for about an hour under Smoake without a hit and decided to leave. Checked out the Flint at 32, but that was too high. Headed to Banks Lake in Lakeland, and caught one bass on minnows. Too windy. We were back home by 1230. Thats fishing for you. Sometimes the fish don't even need to not bite, when the conditions do ya in first. Also typical that this happens one of the few times I get to take my wife. Oh well, if your going to fish Blackshear, I'd wait a few days for it to clear up.
