Nice catch! I have just moved to the area and just bought myself a boat and looking to get started crappie fishing soon. Not looking for anyone's "hotspots" but can anyone give me a general idea of where to start looking. Clark's Hill is a BIG lake! Blessings to all and would appreciate any help.

Sorry, I didn't mean to mislead you...I didn't move to the lake. Moved to the Augusta area; got me a lot closer to the lake....looking forward to learning how to fish it. Blessings

Big Hart area would be a great starting point. Welcome to the boards.

    Revrandy,
Welcome. I can only speak if the Ga little river area. That’s where we live. Loyds, Germany, Rousseau Creek are good this time of year. Several good access ramps from Augusta, Mistletoe, Cherokee, Raysville.

    Nice catch and report.
It's not the numbers or the size, it's the time spent on the water!

Will arrive at Elijah Clark Monday for a week.

Any info on water temp and color would be appreciated.

Not asking for your hot spots, just general condition of the lake.

Thinking the SC side will be muddy and I will have to launch at the Cherokee Rec area and fish the Georgia side.

423-871-1202 Text, if it works better for you. Thanks.
