Lake Eufaula 2-5-19 (south end)

I pulled jigs on a creek channel. They were not many in there and they were small compared to Seminole. I caught 8 between 10-12 inches. I brought them home because I was fish hungry!

It was 52 closest to river channel and 54 closer to bank. A couple of them fish were male but were not showing signs of putting tuxedos on. Last Friday lake Seminole was 49 and I caught a male that was putting on his coat for the dance. The eggs in the females I caught yesterday were still a ways away from being ready.

Thats, why I remarked it looked familiar. I do like the darker vinyl your boat has. Do you have a 60 or the 75 4 stroke? The 75 4-stroke was an option the year after I bought mine.

Mine has a 60hp. 60 is fine if you are fishing by yourself or are real low on gas. It will jump on plane fine like that but if 2 people and half tank of gas it is sluggish to get on plane.
