Had a great time with my grandpa. It was his first time spider rigging. We caught 45 yesterday and 19 this morning. I added two pedestals to the front of my boat and it worked out perfect.

Nice catch! I’m thinking about trying Eufaula for the first time next weekend. Do know anywhere you would recommend to stay a couple night on the water or close by?

Several of the state parks has cabins. Bagby and Florence on the ga side. Lakepoint has cabins and a lodge. The lodge has a restaurant.

I prefer Lake point. They got cabins and ramp on the same property. They have boat slips at the marina but I don`t know if you can rent them for a short period of time or not.
