Georgia Crappie Decision!
Trying decide on Lake Sinclair or Lake Blackshear for weekend of 3/11/2017. Any one catching fish. Where's the thump.

If a blizzard doesn't show up out of no where I think the fish will be biting well everywhere. I would go to the lake you feel more comfortable with. IMO a lot of the big females have already been to the banks, they come in early. There is still a lot of really nice fish to be caught.

I don't know where to tell you to go because I haven't been to Sinclair lately but I would start in less than 10 feet of water. The water temp should be in the 60's and the fish are going to be shallow. I would troll as shallow as you feel brave enough to go. I think the fish will be in 6 to 2 feet of water. You could try pitching to the bank, blow downs and stickups looking for bedding fish. Good luck.

Going to be in the Beaverdam creek area. Spider rigging should this catch em. Never been hoping for some crappie.

With air temps rising and the full moon Sunday everywhere should be good. Oconee was good Monday until the wind got up around 1:00 for a change.
