Thread: Oconee today

My little buddy Mikebo and I, went to Oconee today. We kept 23 nice Specs and we caught a few line sides. Water was 57 at 730 and 62 at 1700. The bite was in 10-15 fow in the AM. Bite was not to be found from 11 until 1530. We took a chance and went shallow and bite was back on. PM bite was in 4-6 fow. Best color was any dark color. Orange Litewire hook was the color of choice. 1/8 in AM and 1/24 in the PM. Our friend JP and DL were fishing close by and they did about the same. Good fish.
