    Default Oconee 2/17/17

Teachers work day and my Grandson 10yr was my partner today while the girls went to a wedding shower and we had some fun. He is turning into a pretty good fisherman using his Nana's rods. He hooked up 2 nice 13.5 inch males at same time, looked like a fire drill in back of boat. We left about 5pm, he was ready for supper. Had 22 pretty good fish. Fish are scattered everywhere 2 to 20 fow. Ran 1/16 singles (no tipping) again at about .8 to 1.0 with all sorts of colors. Popsicle seemed to be best but you need to put lots of color out. Water was 59 to 61 on Bird and about degree warmer on Lowrance. With all the warm days and sun it is going to be a blast dragging jigs.Name: Drew with a fish.jpg
