If you like I will take you fishing on Lake Oconee. I live just outside of Jackson and Oconee is only an hour away. I fish it regularly and it is a great crappie fishery. The fishing should be real good (depending on the weather) from about the middle of February through May. Maybe your First Sergeant will give you a 3 day pass! I'm retired so I have a flexible schedule.
