Made the trip to Blackshear again this morning. Bite was kinda slow at first but picked up when we moved to different trash piles. We kept about 20 for the grease and threw probably 15 back. Again my best bait was the 1/16 pony.....Taking a week off and will return when the weather/water cools. Water temp 83

The pony is a jig head shaped like a horse's head and I think it also has a small blade on it.

Yes, similar to the road runner but do-it molds are pony or horse head. I was using black/chart stinger grub with them
