My Blackshear Report (23 Sept 16)

Went to Blackshear via way of Flint River Outdoors to see Brad. He said he has really been selling minnows and few Hooks and Jigs. After getting on the water I found out why. The bite was fast in the early morning and few along all morning. Put in at State Park and fished edges of channel from 280 down to Cedar Creek. Fish were scattered and normally if you caught one......there were two of them. My best bait was Pony with Black/chart jig. Donated 18 to a friend who was fishing this morning.......great way to check out the boat and everything worked fine.........cooler weather next week....yea.....yea.

Nice job, Curtis. I tried both days this weekend but couldn't squeeze a trip in. Won't be long before the cooler weather gets here and we will all be hitting the water!!!
